Yes, GoGas appliances can be used with other makes of gas cartridge, providing they are the same type and comply with European Standard EN 417.
All GoGas threaded valve gas cartridges are specially filled with an ISO-Butane / Propane mix. We use an ISO Butane because it has a much lower boiling point than normal Butane and when specially mixed with Propane gives improved cold weather use.

The GoSystem products give you the freedom to choose the most suitable gas supply. You can use the 2125 – the smallest, lightest GoGas cartridge, the 2250 – the most popular size GoGas cartridge and the 2250 – the largest capacity GoGas cartridges in the range.
Alternatively you can use the 2130 Resealable Adaptor, which enables 190-gram Type 200 Pierceable gas cartridges to be used with appliances designed for use with the threaded valved gas cartridges.
